Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the substance and issue involved in the instant petition has been considered by a coordinate Bench in SLP(Crl.) Dasti, in addition, is permitted to be served. 2 In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be arrested in reference to the FIR No.398/2021, dated 14.11.2021, registered at Police Station Ner Parsopant, District Yavatmal, for offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273, 328 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26(2)(i), 27(2)(e), 30(2)(a) and 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, until further orders.
The petitioner shall cooperate in the pending investigation.
