% 23.05.2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, on advance copy of the appeal, takes an objection to condonation of delay and submits that application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 filed by the Appellant does not disclose sufficient cause for condonation.
Learned counsel for the Appellant, on the other hand, submits that time was consumed in obtaining the certified copy and seeks further time to file additional affidavit in support of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
Let the same be filed within six working weeks. At request, list on 24.07.2023.
