Section 301(2) in The Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, 1948
(2)Every employee shall be givenone day holiday in a week without making any deductions fromhis/her wages on account thereof and the list of time table tosuch holidays for a month shall be placed on the notice board inadvance.
