12. Notice of appointment of LLP Liquidator to be given to Registrar.
- The LLP shall give notice to the Registrar of the appointment of, or any vacancy occurred by death, resignation, removal or otherwise of, the LLP Liquidator indicating the name and particulars of that LLP Liquidator, within ten days of such appointment or change in Form No. 7.
