(2)The appointment of the election agent may be revoked by the candidate at any time by a declaration in writing signed by him and lodged with the Returning Officer in Form No. III-B. Such revocation shall take effect from the date on which it is so lodged. In the event of such a revocation or of the death of an election agent, whether that event occurs before or during the election, the candidate may appoint another person to be his election agent, and notice thereof shall be given to the Returning Officer, in the same manner as in the case of the first election agent.
