- Early in January the District Magistrate shall submit to the Divisional Commissioner his general remarks on the work of each Superintendent or Additional, Assistant or Deputy Superintendent who has served in the district during all or part of the previous year. He shall pay attention to the points mentioned in the prescribed form, and shall in particular give his opinion on the officer's general efficiency and his relations with the public. The Divisional Commissioner shall add his own remarks and forward the reports to the Deputy Inspector-General of the Range.
