Order 17/04/2017 This writ petition was filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 21.5.2015, whereby the petitioner was required to publish the notices of the respondents at various places.

An application has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia indicating that the directions given by the Rent Tribunal have been (2 of 2) [CW-8839/2015] complied with and therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.

A prayer has been made that the Tribunal may be directed to proceed in the matter expeditiously.

In view of the submissions made, the application filed by the petitioner is allowed.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Rent Tribunal is directed to proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible and unnecessary adjournment may not be granted.
