Section 23(1) in Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Right Rules, 2010
(1)The commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts in prescribed forms by the State Government in consultation with the Auditor-General of Bihar, Patna.
