Section 74(1) in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976
(1)The master, owner or agent of every vessel entering the port and having on board as import cargo for discharge, package containing arms and ammunitions shall as soon as possible after arrival in the port furnish to the Traffic Manager a compete list of all such packages.
