Section 31(1) in Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965
(1)The State Board shall prepare, before such date and in such manner as may be prescribed, the budget estimates of the income and expenditure of that Board incorporating therein the income and expenditure of the Divisional Board, for the next financial year.
