Section 29 in The Orissa Medical Registration Act, 1961
29. Removal of fraudulent and incorrect entries.
- Any entry in the register which is proved to the satisfaction of the Council to have been fraudulently or incorrectly made, may be removed or corrected under an order in writing of the Council.
