141. Registration of bye-laws or amendments with the Registrar.
(1)The bye-laws or any amendment to the bye-laws of a Co-operative Credit Structure Society shall be registered by the Registrar within thirty days from the date of receipt of the application.(2)If the Registrar is satisfied that the proposed bye-laws or the amendments to the bye-laws are contrary to the provisions of the Act and the Rules made thereunder, he shall reject the same duly recording his reasons thereon within thirty days from the date of receipt of the application.
