Section 27(9) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Scheme, 1979
(9)Save as otherwise directed by the Committee, a legal practitioner who ceases to be on the Panel, whether on account of resignation or otherwise, shall as soon as practicable, after he so ceases to be on the Panel, deliver up all the papers pertaining to cases entrusted to him to the Member-Secretary of the Committees.
