Section 57(2) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(2)The Competent Authority may, whenever the Bank deems fit to do so, recall the officer or employee who is on leave to join in his duty in the Bank:Provided that if the officer or employee is out of headquarter, he shall be eligible to be paid the actual expenses incurred by him and the members of his family for returning to the headquarter.
