Section 6(c) in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (Appointment, Powers and Duties of the Ombudsman) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 2013
(c)he shall send a report to the State Government after making an inquire recommending appropriate action. The report shall specially highlight cases where action needs to be taken against erring Scheme functionaries. The report will be accompanied with primary evidence needed to initiate action against the delinquent person;
