Section 24(1) in Tamil Nadu Lease Holds (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)The Settlement Officer shall, by order in writing, determine in accordance with the provisions of sections 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, the basic annual sum in respect of each lease-hold and the compensation payable in respect thereof.
