Section 65(2) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(2)The control and management of the colleges, departments and centres referred to in sub-section (1) shall, with effect on and from the date of the commencement of this Act, stand transferred to the University and all properties and assets (whether movable or immoveable) and liabilities of the Gujarat University in relation thereto shall stand transferred to and vest in or devolve upon the University.
