COMMON ORDER:
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section - 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.175 of 2019 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Nampally, Hyderabad.
2. The petitioners herein are arraigned as accused Nos.1 to 4 in the aforesaid C.C. The offences alleged against them are under Sections - 420, 494 and 497 read with 34 of IPC.
3. During the pendency of the present petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2 - complainant filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2022 to permit him to enter into compromise and to compound the offences by quashing the proceedings against the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4.

Vide order dated 04.01.2022, this Court, after recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent No.2, directed the parties to appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 21.01.2022 for their identification and also directed the Secretary to submit a report by 21.01.2022. Since the parties could not comply with the said order, this Court vide order dated 21.01.2022 permitted them to appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal 2 KL,J Crl.P. No.12 of 2022 Services Committee on or before 14.02.2022 with a direction to the Secretary to submit his report by the said date. In compliance with the said order, the Secretary has submitted his report dated 10.02.2022.

In the report of the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, it is stated that in obedience of the orders dated 21.01.2022, the petitioners and respondent No.2 have appeared before him along with their respective counsel and on examination and verification of their particulars from their Aadhar Cards, they were tallied. Thus, the identification of both the parties has been established.

The parties herein have filed a joint memo of compromise stating that at the intervention of the elders, they have settled the disputes among them amicably and respondent No.2 has no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioners - accused Nos. 1 to 4. The said joint memo of compromise and the report of the Secretary are placed on record.
6. In view the said report of the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, and in view of the compromise entered among the petitioners and respondent No.2, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2022 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed and the proceedings in C.C. No.175 of 2019 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4 subject to payment of an amount of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of 3 KL,J Crl.P. No.12 of 2022 the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad, (Savings A/c. No.52188926279, State Bank of India, Shantinagar Branch (20070), IFSC Code: SBIN0020070, MICR No. 500004057) within four (4) weeks from today, and file proof of the same into the Registry.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
