1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental Colleges) Regulations, 2006.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
