Section 32(1) in The West Bengal Municipal Elections Act, 1994
(1)Any person who stands disqualified [under section] [Words substituted for the words 'under the section' by W.B. Act 46 of 1994.] 76 may, if the period of such disqualification has not expired, submit a petition to the Governor [for removal] [Words substituted, for the words 'for the removal' by W.B. Act 46 of 1994.] of such disqualification for the unexpired portion of the said period.
