10. Statement of claim for the amount of acquisition.
- A Statement of Claim for the amount of acquisition under sub-section (2) of section 19 of the Act shall be submitted to the Authorised Officer in Form 6. As many copies of the statement of claim shall be submitted as there are tehsils in which the vested lands are situate.
