Section 29(2) in The Maharashtra Acupuncture System of Therapy Act, 2015
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), no Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except upon a complaint, in writing, made by a person authorized in this behalf by the Council.
