(c)apply to decisions of the Registrar, awards of arbitrators or orders of liquidators or order or decision of the Gujarat State Co-operative Tribunal or of any other authority made under the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961 or the rules made thereunder (Guj. X of 1962).
