Section 9(3)(iii) in Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission to the Full Time Professional Undergraduate Technical Courses) Rules, 2017

(iii)Candidates who have opted for Floator Slide and also applying for these rounds shall not fill in the allotted institution in their choice list, it will be added by the software at the end of the list. Once the upward allotment is made the earlier allotment automatically stands cancelled ;
