This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of Ld. Pr. CIT - 16, Kolkata dated 28.03.2019 passed u/s 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
2. In this case, the authorised representative of the assessee has filed a letter dated 18.09.2020 seeking permission of the bench to withdraw this appeal filed by the assessee. Since the ld. DR has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by the assessee is granted and this appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
