Section 66(1) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
(1)The Chancellor shall, at least once in every ten years, constitute a Commission to review the function of the University and to make recommendations in this behalf:Provided that the first review Commission shall be constituted after three years from the date of establishment of the University.
