192. Transfer of cases by the district judge.—
A district judge may, with the previous sanction of the Judicial Commissioner, transfer any case submitted to him for confirmation of an order or a decree to an additional district judge or to a subordinate judge, and such additional district judge or subordinate judge shall dispose of such case as if he had the powers of a district judge under this Act.Question of proprietary right in revenue court
