The Court: By an order dated January 21, 2019 this Court had appointed a Commissioner for recording the evidence of the plaintiff, Mr. Narendra Kumar Berlia.2
The Court had directed the said Commission should be completed within four weeks. All the parties are here and are seeking an extension of time to complete the commission.
In light of above, I am of the view that the time to complete Commission may be extended till five weeks from 28th February, 2019. The Commissioner is to be paid an additional remuneration of Rs. 80,000/- for this additional period of five weeks.
The Commissioner is directed to ensure that the commission is completed within the aforesaid extended period. He is further directed to file his report at the end of five weeks from 28th February, 2019.
