Section 40(4) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(4)The liability to pay pension, gratuity and other terminal benefits to the persons referred to in sub-section (1) or the employees referred to in sub-section (2) shall be the liability of the University.
