Section 9(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Opening of Public Carriage for Passengers) Rules, 2011
(1)The Bangalore Metro Railway Administration shall on receipt of a request made by the Commissioner, make arrangements to dismantle any structure on the metro railway to be opened with a view to make complete examination of the details or workmanship of the structure, as quickly and completely as possible.
