Section 70(4)(a) in The Arms Rules, 2016

(a)The licensee shall establish an online electronic connectivity under his user-id with the NDAL system and provide for a weekly electronic online transfer of data regarding replicas of firearms manufactured and sold for the week, as recorded in the register referred to in sub-rule (1).
