Section 63(1) in The Orissa Khadi and Village Industries Board Regulations, 1960
(1)Gratuity shall be granted in the following cases :(i)Discharge on abolition of post;(ii)Permanent incapacity due to bodily or mental infirmity;(iii)Superannuation;(iv)Voluntary retirement or compulsory retirement.
