(3)The Departmental Examination as per provision made in sub-section (1) of this section and the test for typing and computer competency as per provision made in proviso to sub-section (3) of section 9 and sub-section (1) of this section shall be conducted by the Board of Revenue for which the syllabus and qualifying marks etc. shall be determined by the cadre controlling authority according to Rules/ regulation in consultation with the Board of Revenue.
