Section 12(2) in Haryana Urban Development Authority (Erection of Buildings) Regulations, 1979
(2)Every building that may be erected or re-erected on a site shall, in addition to the foregoing restrictions, comply with the restriction shown on the zoning plan. The Architectural/Frame Control Sheets, wherever applicable, shall have precedence over the zoning plan or the building Regulations.
