(3)The Syndicate may direct the amendment, in such manner as it may specify, of any Regulation made under this section or the annulment of any Regulation made thereunder;Provided that any authority or Board of the University which is dissatisfied with any such direction may appeal to the Senate, whose decision in the matter shall be final.
