(2)"Agriculture" means basic and applied sciences of soil and water management, crop production including production of all garden crops, Animal Husbandry including veterinary and dairy science, fisheries, forestry including farm forestry, home science, agricultural engineering and technology, marketing, processing, cooperation, land use and management and the economic and social uplift of the rural people;
