Section 19 in Energy Conservation (Venture Capital Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2017
19. Supplementary and General Provisions.
- In respect of any matter not specifically provided for in these rules, the Bureau may make such supplementary or additional rules or issue instructions and clarifications as may be necessary for the purpose of the fund with the approval of Ministry of Power.
