1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement.

1.1This regulation may be called the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Compliance Audit) Regulation, 2013.

1.2This regulation shall be applicable in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

1.3This regulation shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
