Section 16 in M.P. Nagreeya Nikay Samvida Shala Shikshak (Employment and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 2005
16. Repeal and Saving.
- The Madhya Pradesh Nagar Palika Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2001 and all other rules corresponding to these rules in force immediately before the commencement of these rules shall stand repealed with effect from the dale on which these rules come into force :Provided that the orders made or the action taken under the rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
