Section 5 in The Nagaland University Act, 1989

5. Transfer of properties of North-Eastern Hill University.

- On and from the commencement of this Act, all properties of the North-Eastern Hill University in the State of Nagaland shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the University and shall be applied to the objects for which the University is established.
