HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ Order 13/04/2018 This application has been filed by the applicants- petitioners, who are students of Electrical Engineering under the programme for All India Trade Test of Craftsman under Craftsman Training Scheme for engineering and non-engineering trades. This Court, while deciding writ petition filed by the applicants, vide its judgment dated 20.01.2017 directed the respondents to declare result of IV Semester of the applicants, in which they were allowed to appear pursuant to order dated 21.07.2016 as per their rules and regulations and if their rules permit, then may allow the applicants to appear in the practical examination of NCVT IV (7 of 7) [WMAP-670/2017] Semester by accepting their examination forms on hard copy with late fees on or before 25.01.2017, which was said to be last date for submissions of examination forms with late fees.
Application has now been filed by the applicants-writ petitioners contending that result of their IV Semester was declared and after having been cleared the same, the applicants were permitted to appear in practical examinations of NCVT IV Semester, but till date their result has not been declared.
This is an innocuous prayer. When this Court specifically directed the respondents to declare result of IV Semester of the applicants, in which they were allowed to appear pursuant to order dated 21.07.2016 as per their rules and regulations and if their rules permit, then may allow the applicants to appear in the practical examination of NCVT IV Semester by accepting their examinations forms on hard copy with late fees and when the applicants-petitioners have cleared their IV Semester and appeared in practical examinations of NCVT IV Semester, there is no hurdle for the respondents in not declaring result of the applicant-petitioners.
In view of above, the application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to declare the result of the applicants of their practical examinations of NCVT IV Semester and consequence shall follow as per the applicable rules.
