Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2017
(1)Based on the ToR, the TNSSIA Unit, shall select an eligible agency from the empanelled Agencies referred to in rule 8 as per the provisions laid down in the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), and appoint it to be the SIA Agency to carry out the SIA study in respect of a project.
