Section 40(1) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(1)In case of grant of loans against security of movable or immovable property, the lending society shall maintain such margin as the Registrar may, with the approval of the Apex Bank, by general or special order, direct from time to time, with reference to different commodities, securities or classes of societies.
