Section 11(4)(b) in Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University Act, 2008

(b)When the action taken by the Vice-Chancellor under this subsection affects any person in the service of the University, such person shall be entitled to prefer an appeal to the Syndicate within thirty days from the date on which he has notice of such action. The Vice-Chancellor shall give effect to the order passed by the Syndicate on such appeal.
