Section 131(4) in Mizoram (Land Revenue) Act, 2013
(4)Any custom or usage prevailing on the date of commencement of this Act and having the force of law shall, if such custom or usage is repugnant to or inconsistent with any provision of this Act, cease to be operative to the extent of such repugnance or inconsistency.
