14. Energy Accounting and Settlement for the activities of Distribution Franchisee.
- 14.1 The Mini -Grid Operator shall raise invoice to the Distribution Licensee with respect to the activities of the Distribution Franchisee in compliance of the DFA.14.2The terms and conditions with respect to the payments and the performance of the Distribution Franchisee shall be specified in the Distribution Franchisee Agreement.
