Section 11(1) in The Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963
(1)Every question which an Advisory Committee is required to take into consideration shall be considered either at a meeting or if the Chairman so directs, by sending the necessary papers to every member for opinion:Provided that the papers will not be sent to a member who is absent from India.
