(3)The dependents of the persons who held any country spirit shop for a total period of ten consecutive years shall not be entitled to settlement of such or any other country spirit shop.Note: The term "educated unemployed youth" as mentioned in sub-Rule (2) of Rule 256 means a person not exceeding 38 years of age who has passed the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination and is without any employment.
