Section 39(2) in Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur Act, 2012
(2)A person who holds any office in the University by virtue of his holding any other office of the University or otherwise shall hold such office as long as he holds the other office and thereafter till his successor is duly nominated or appointed, as the case may be.
