Section 44 in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
44. Annual report.
- The Annual report of the School shall be prepared by the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the General Council on or before such date as may be prescribed and shall be considered by the General Council at its next annual meeting. The General Council may pass resolutions thereon and communicate the same to the Executive Council which shall take action in accordance therewith. The Executive Council shall inform the General Council of the action taken by it. A copy of the report with a copy of the resolution thereon, if any, of the General Council shall be submitted to the Government.
